Principles of Attacking: Sparring Video Companion!

Over the last couple of weeks, I sent out some videos on the Principles of Attacking.
It was initially a follow up to a few of the very first emails I sent out at the start of this newsletter.
Again, the idea is that in order to have effective attacks, there are certain prerequisites you need to be able to finish. If you missed it, you can refer back here at these links: Part 1 and Part 2
Today, I’m going to link you to a video sparring companion.
I’ve got about 20 minutes of footage with me sparring one of my students with emphasis on some of these principles.
In these videos, I’ll relate how I’m using these principles of being opportunistic, planning my attacks and how I try to attack “effortlessly” based on a path of least resistance.
