[Lesson Concept] Elbow Position as an Attacking Queue

I was recently at the Masters Worlds in Vegas and there was a hoodie from what I assume to be Roger Gracie’s apparel line. The hoodie read “Jiu-jitsu is easy” on the front and on the back, “You just have to do it right.”
